Still Sitting Here

Still sitting here in my p.j.'s. This is getting bad. I have become a slug. Must get up. Must wipe slug trails from floors to bed to floors to bed. Running out of decent food. Ate last hidden hot dog on piece of half-eaten bread. Thighs and butt must measure 2 inches larger since the Great Ice Storm of 2009.

Carolyn's Conjuncture

Okay...so here's the deal. I love my Synonym Finder. My parents gave one to me when I got ready to go off to college. I still have it, and it's totally dog-eared and dagnasty (note to self: check to see if dagnasty is really a word), but I love it. So, anyhoodle, when I had to come up with a title for this thing, I pulled my trusty SF out and thumbed through the C's...and there it was: conjuncture, n. 1. circumstances, state of affairs, set of conditions; context, environment, total situation, status quo, Inf. the picture or whole picture, the story.

Thus ends my first blog. I'm spent. This long week of ice has sent me over the edge of new technology.
